Technical Architecture & Engineering Overview

Detailed system design and core implementation

Core System Architecture The application follows a client‑server model where the Electron shell hosts a Vite‑powered React front‑end (src/app) that talks to an Express API (lib/api.ts). The front‑end uses TypeScript for strict typing and React 18 for component rendering. State is managed locally and synchronized with the server via the generated api objects, which wrap axios calls to endpoints such as /admin/jobs, /recruiters/profile, and /users/onboarding.

Data Ingestion & Persistence User‑generated content (e.g., rich‑text from Tiptap, drag‑and‑drop ordering via dnd‑kit) is sanitized and validated with Joi schemas before being persisted through Mongoose models into MongoDB. File uploads (resumes) are sent as multipart/form-data and stored securely. The backend enforces Helmet headers and rate‑limiting middleware to mitigate XSS, CSRF, and brute‑force attacks.

Execution Flow When a recruiter creates a job, the UI calls recruiterApi.createJob(data), which posts to /recruiters/jobs. The server validates the payload, updates the job collection, and returns the new record. The front‑end immediately reflects the change thanks to optimistic UI updates and the dnd‑kit state sync logic that reorders job indices atomically. Similar flows exist for user onboarding (/users/onboarding), email template management (/email/templates), and subscription handling (/subscription/create-order).

Build & Deployment Topology The front‑end is bundled with Vite for fast HMR during development and compiled into static assets for the Electron renderer process. The backend runs as a separate Node.js service, packaged with npm scripts and can be containerized if needed. Both layers share a common TypeScript configuration, ensuring type safety across the full stack.

User Journey Pipeline

  1. 1User Access & Preset Selection: User opens client interface and configures request parameters or task workflow presets.
  2. 2Client Payload Dispatch: Front-end components (React, TailwindCSS, Next.js) serialize input objects and send HTTP/WebSocket requests to `/api/analyze`.
  3. 3Middleware & Validation Check: API Gateway evaluates CORS headers, authorization tokens, and input validation schemas.
  4. 4Service & Inference Execution: Service controllers dispatch request frames to model inference engine (Local Engine) or storage layer.
  5. 5Response Delivery & State Synchronization: Serialized output payload is returned to the client and rendered in the visual workspace.

Execution Code Flow

  1. 1Client or caller initiates request to application entrypoint
  2. 2Database ORM/client executes storage query
  3. 3Application serializes JSON/audio/data response back to client
